Stacey Duncan
As a new, self-taught artist, I continue to explore and discover my personal style using acrylics and mixed media. With an MA in English literature and literary theory, I have come to see the world through many lenses, and this carries through in my artistic expression. I embrace difference and imagination in every colour, and often draw inspiration from a variety of imagery, music, and words in my creative process.
My wildlife paintings indulge my love of animals, detail, and observation, while my abstract and surrealist works draw from my experiences with neurodivergence, synesthesia and migraine aura.
