The Visual Artists of Welland Gallery Shop at the Seaway Mall opened in October 2020. Nineteen members had their art for sale in this bright comfortable space. You can CLICK the second image on the Home Page to see a video of the Gallery, full of gorgeous artwork by local artists.
GRAND OPENING CEREMONY
The Grand Opening was Thursday, October 1st at 11 a.m. with the Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony. Mayor Frank Campion, Vance Badawey, Member of Parliament, and Mike Belcastro from Seaway Mall were there as the guests of honour, and all said heartwarming and supportive in behalf of the new venture.
Vance Badawey, MP Niagara Centre, offered the VAW members a chance to submit a Christmas card design that would be delivered to each household in the riding of Niagara Centre.
