ANDREA DEAN-GLAB
Andrea began her art exploration as a computer graphic artist, with a Graphic Design Diploma. She began painting and experimenting with different mediums and acrylics became her medium of choice. You will also see mixed media, inks, conte, oil pastels, markers, collage and the occasional watercolor. As references, she uses her own photography, another passion, to capture worlds, big and small.
Where most of us see simple landscapes, Andrea sees tapestries of shape, texture, and design. Stripping back the image to its basic essence, she then recreates it into an abstract painting, allowing us to look at the world in a new perspective of colors, patterns and more.
Andrea's' paintings have been sold to many clients across Canada, and now hang in homes, businesses, yacht clubs, cottages and more.
