Born in London England a lot of my childhood was spent going to the major art galleries where my interest and love of painting began.

I came to Canada in 1991 and attended Centennial College in the GTA for Travel and Tourism.  By the time I graduated there was a shortage of employment opportunities, so I returned to England until retirement then back to Canada.  While in England I Immersed myself in art taking many courses and eventually earned a BA at University for The Creative Arts.

My artistic mind has always thought in color which I kept a secret thinking I was the only person to do so.  One day a person said, “does anyone think in colour.”  This was a surprise to hear and inspired me to bring colour into my art.

My work is in Acrylic and Oil using many subjects where I can use colour to express why I choose to paint a particular image.
