Mary Teclaw
I am a self-taught artist painting in watercolour, acrylic and oil paints. My paintings cover concepts of florals, landscapes, seascapes, birds of nature and portraiture. I hope my art reflects who I am as an artist. I like to think the viewer can be brought back to a place, a time that holds a special memory or the beauty that we see everyday throughout nature and which we often never have the time to appreciate. I am constantly learning with every painting I complete... that is how we grow as artists... in allowing yourself to fail we grow and learn by that failure... learning creates confidence and confidence grows success.
